One of life's great pleasures is sampling new and exciting foods, and for culinary enthusiasts who love to eat and cook, there's no better way to experience this pleasure than to attend one of Chef Stephen's culinary classes at the Albion River Inn. We will offer one class per month, from November through March, so more guests can enjoy them throughout our lodging discount period.
Classes are held in our comfortable ocean view restaurant. You'll receive a full set of recipes, sip refreshments, sample dishes in progress, and enjoy a buffett lunch. Chef Stephen discusses kitchen tools, ingredients, and cooking methods as he demonstrates the preparation of each versatile and adaptable dish on the class menu. For food lovers, it doesn't get any better..
Fee is $70 per class with lunch and beverages.
Time is 11:30 - 3:30 p.m. in the ARI restaurant.
